Our Team

Our founder, Dr. Hui Chi (Crystal), has extensive knowledge in child development and language acquisition research. As a Doctor in Psychology, she is the creator of the science grounded curriculum, focused on language development in young children.

Our Nursery Manager, is a qualified teacher (QTS Level 6) with a background in Early Years Education and Psychology, complemented by postgraduate study in Educational Psychology. With 10+ years of experience in both traditional and Montessori settings, she brings a flexible approach to supporting children’s learning and development.

Our advisors, bring more than 30 years of combined business and Early Years experience building nurseries across the UK.
